Eduardo Arias Rivera is the founding partner of ARIAS RANK & ASSOCIATES. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA), a Master’s in Business Administration from the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE), and a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in England. He is a specialist in the insurance sector, with more than 30 years of experience, having held executive and managerial positions in several of the country’s leading insurance companies. He participated in the first merger between national insurers and in integration processes between national and multinational insurance companies.

He has provided administrative consulting to major national and international companies. He has served as a University Professor and as a Member of the Financial Committee and the Trade Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador.

Raúl Díaz is an attorney specializing in corporate and business law, with a distinguished career in labor law, the area in which he has developed much of his professional practice. His academic background includes several postgraduate degrees in finance, administration, and law, enabling him to offer comprehensive, innovative solutions aligned with the strategic needs of companies and organizations.

He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador, where he promotes alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and fosters a business culture grounded in prevention, efficiency, and dialogue.

His professional approach combines technical rigor, business insight, and a strong commitment to each client’s objectives, transforming complex challenges into clear, practical, and results oriented strategies.

Cindy Canjura has developed her practice in corporate, commercial, registry, and intellectual property law, providing comprehensive legal counsel to national and international companies in their daily operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic project development. Her experience spans multiple sectors and industries, allowing her to understand business dynamics and deliver clear, efficient legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
